Custom Orders & Refunds

We put significant time and care into sourcing, designing, personalizing, and preparing each order. Because many of our products and services are customized specifically for each client, certain purchases are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized items are final sale once production or purchasing has begun.

This may include:

    •    Custom signs and signage

    •    Personalized gifts

    •    Custom gift baskets

    •    Welcome baskets

    •    Recovery kits with personalized elements

    •    Custom décor

    •    Printed materials

    •    Specialty or client-requested merchandise

    •    Items purchased specifically for an event or order

Please carefully review all names, dates, wording, colors, sizes, quantities, and personalization information before submitting your order.

ABBC is not responsible for errors resulting from information submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Changes to an Order

Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible.

We are happy to accommodate changes when we can. However, once products have been purchased, materials have been ordered, or production has begun, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are often made, assembled, or sourced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns for:

    •    Personalized or custom products

    •    Gift or welcome baskets

    •    Food or beverage products

    •    Perishable items

    •    Products purchased specifically for a client's request

    •    Completed concierge services

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund.

Product Substitutions

Occasionally, an exact product shown or requested may become unavailable. In these situations, we may substitute an item of comparable quality, value, and aesthetic.

Gift baskets and curated products shown on our website are examples unless specifically stated otherwise. Exact brands, flavors, colors, packaging, flowers, and other contents may vary.

Service Fees

Planning, sourcing, shopping, design, coordination, rush, delivery, travel, setup, and other service fees compensate ABBC for work performed and may be non-refundable once that work has begun.
