Services & Orders

ABBC provides concierge, celebration, event styling, delivery, gifting, vacation-stay, and related services. Services may vary depending on location, availability, timing, season, property restrictions, and vendor availability.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after any required agreement, deposit, or payment has been received and confirmation has been provided by ABBC.

Pricing

Prices displayed on our website may be listed as “starting at” prices. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of the request, location, travel requirements, guest count, customization, materials, product selections, vendor costs, and other factors.

Any additional services or expenses requested after the original booking may result in additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including delivery addresses, property access instructions, event times, personalization details, dietary information, and other information necessary to complete the requested service.

ABBC is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Clients are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from property owners, venues, hotels, vacation rentals, or property managers for décor, installations, deliveries, vendors, or other services.

Product & Décor Substitutions

Because many of our services involve fresh, seasonal, local, or specialty products, exact items may occasionally be unavailable.

When necessary, ABBC may substitute an item with one of comparable quality, value, and overall aesthetic. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the intended look and experience of your order.

Flowers, food products, beverages, packaging, décor, and gift basket contents may vary from photographs shown on our website.

Third-Party Vendors

ABBC may coordinate services provided by independent third-party vendors, including chefs, caterers, mobile beverage providers, wellness providers, transportation providers, entertainers, and other professionals.

Unless otherwise stated, these providers are independent businesses and are responsible for their own services, licensing, insurance, safety practices, and performance.

Vendor-specific terms, cancellation policies, deposits, and requirements may also apply.

Property Access

When clients authorize ABBC to enter a residence, vacation rental, hotel room, venue, or other property, the client confirms that they have authority to provide such access.

ABBC will take reasonable care while providing services but is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions at the property.

Photos & Marketing

ABBC may photograph completed décor, gift arrangements, tablescapes, installations, or other work for portfolio and marketing purposes when appropriate. We will make reasonable efforts not to display identifying or private client information.

If you prefer that your setup not be photographed or shared, please let us know before your service date.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ABBC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, property access issues, venue restrictions, vendor cancellations, shipping delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to These Terms

ABBC may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase or booking will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
