A Blonde & A Brunette Concierge offers delivery and on-site services throughout select areas of Colorado.

Service Area

Our primary service area includes:

Denver Metro, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Estes Park, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Winter Park and other select Colorado mountain destinations. Travel and delivery fees may apply.

Additional destinations may be available upon request. Travel and delivery fees may apply based on distance, order size, timing, and service requirements.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on factors including location, distance, order size, delivery requirements, and requested delivery time.

Certain concierge services, event setups, or destinations outside our standard service area may require an additional travel fee. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before your booking is finalized whenever possible.

Delivery Timing

Delivery windows may vary depending on location, order type, weather, traffic, and scheduling.

If you require delivery by a specific time—for example, before a guest checks into a vacation rental—please provide that information when ordering.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested delivery times, but exact arrival times cannot always be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

Property & Vacation Rental Deliveries

For deliveries or setups at vacation rentals, hotels, residences, or event venues, clients are responsible for providing accurate access information.

This may include:

    •    Property address

    •    Unit or room number

    •    Door or gate codes

    •    Property-management instructions

    •    Check-in information

    •    Approved access times

    •    On-site contact information when applicable

Clients are responsible for confirming that ABBC is permitted to enter the property or complete the requested setup.

Unavailable Recipient or Inaccessible Property

If we are unable to complete a delivery because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, inaccessible property, incorrect access code, property restriction, or another issue outside our control, additional delivery or rescheduling fees may apply.

Perishable items may not be eligible for redelivery or refund.

Alcohol

Orders involving alcoholic beverages are subject to applicable laws and service availability. Additional requirements or restrictions may apply depending on how alcohol is purchased, delivered, or provided as part of a service.

Weather & Unforeseen Delays

Colorado weather and road conditions can occasionally affect travel.

If severe weather, unsafe road conditions, road closures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control affect a delivery, we will communicate with you as quickly as possible and work toward an appropriate alternative.

Safety comes first, and delivery times may need to be adjusted when travel conditions are unsafe.
